Holiday Word Cloud to Make


Make this "word cloud" I found on Pinterest to express your most treasured feelings about a particular holiday.   Choose words that mean Christmas (insert holiday of your choice here) to you.  Celebrate your family values and focus with inspiring words.   Use a Bible quote or a religious phrase.  You can use general words like Joy, Peace, Hope, Love, Sharing, Giving, Mistletoe, Christmas tree, Star, or even copy a saying from a Christmas card. 

We complain a lot about the commercialism of Christma$ and how it doesn't express our values.  Here's a chance to put your values out there for your family.  

If you don't want to paint the words on wood as shown in the photo, think about other ways to display your words.  You can paint/write them on a piece of fabric or on paper and frame it.  Maybe you'd like to have your kids make some of these and frame them.  They could make some for grandma all about things they like about her, etc.  I bet she'd treasure them!
